S-san's residence renovation work
We have completed renovation work on Mr. S's residence in Ninomiya-cho, Kanagawa Prefecture.
I will post the before and after photos.
Water supply and drainage
This is an image of the bathroom. The pipes are exposed, so
This will be embedded into the wall, a new floor will be built, and the piping will be hidden underneath.
Water supply after
It will be amazingly beautiful.
There is a raised area at the back where the washing machine can be placed.
Hallway before
There are pipes running through the hallway as well.
On the left you can see an old partition wall.
The floor joists in the hallway are old,
It is still usable, so we will clean it up and install a new floor on top of it.
Hallway after
We installed the flooring.
Please pay attention to the connections between adjacent rooms.
The old partition walls have been given a new lease of life.
Closet before
We believe that the closet is a place that makes it easy to feel the age of something.
However, dismantling and rebuilding everything would be quite costly. (Most people don't want to spend a lot of money on their closets.)
We strive to find ways to use original materials and give them new life through renovation work.
Closet after
Even if you use existing products to reduce costs,
We believe that our strength lies in our ability to maintain this level of quality.
The pillow shelf is completely existing, and you will be surprised.
The middle partition you see in the center of the closet also makes use of the existing middle shelf.
Reliable service
Reaching the itchy spot
We also focus on creating a system that uses our unique approach to construction methods that reduce costs and eliminate compromises for customers, even in areas that customers have given up on and will not touch, thereby achieving construction that is close to their original image.
