Living renovation work

The work involves dividing a large living room into two rooms.

This was previously a Japanese-style room.

They have forcibly transformed that Japanese-style room into a Western-style room.

The ceiling is also a Japanese-style ceiling (laminate ceiling) and wallpaper has been installed directly on it, which is a problem.

The ceiling of a Japanese-style room is weak, so it's soft and squishy when you press it from below.

In cases like this, we will reassemble the ceiling.

This is the view from the hallway.

Since water pipes and ducts will need to be replaced,

First of all, we have to remove a lot of barriers.

Although we are talking about walls, we will be removing gypsum board, which is a highly fire-resistant material.

Two sliding doors will be installed to divide the room.

By utilizing these sliding doors, the gloomy mood can be completely changed. The checkpoint is the double sliding door.

I think this is very important.

The ceiling has been reassembled and the walk-in closet visible at the back is a nice touch.

Can store a lot of clothes

It has become very convenient.

Although the ceiling is hard to see, it has been reassembled and is strong enough.

It doesn't budge even when you push it from below (laughs).

The photo is a little hard to understand.

You can see the door to the living room in the background.

The open wall has been restored, and a new corridor has opened up.
